Job Summary:
The Virtual Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This remote role involves maintaining relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and providing regular updates to ensure smooth operations. The Virtual Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.​
Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email and help desk tools like Gorgias.

Account Oversight:

Monitor client accounts to ensure services are delivered according to expectations.

Provide regular updates to clients on their account status, performance, and next steps.

Reporting & Documentation:

Generate and share business performance reports with clients.

Maintain accurate records of client communications, tasks, and account statuses.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve client concerns proactively and efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to solve account-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve client account processes and suggest solutions.

Implement feedback to enhance the client experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Client response time (within 24 hours).

Positive client feedback and satisfaction ratings.

Retention rate of assigned accounts.

Accuracy of reports and updates.
Requirements:

Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts remotely.

Familiarity with e-commerce or Amazon automation is a plus.
Working Conditions:

Remote Hours: This position requires a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. Monday to Friday

Compensation: $500 per month, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses, including:

20% commission on all sales proceeds.

$50 for onboarding new Shopify clients.

Monthly bonuses based on client retention and satisfaction metrics.
