Fulfilment Policy
1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable
All EmpowerFBA setup services, account activations, consultations, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once the purchase is complete and work has begun. This includes:
Amazon account setup
Brand ungating assistance
Shipping software integration
Product listings and uploads
Any service package or subscription fee
Once work has started or access to our proprietary systems has been granted, refunds will not be issued.
2. No Refund for Lack of Results
EmpowerFBA does not guarantee sales, profitability, or performance. You understand and agree that e-commerce involves risk, and outcomes can vary based on factors outside of our control, including your account history, Amazon policy changes, inventory availability, and buyer demand. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on business performance, order volume, or store activity.
3. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full value of your service, you must:
Provide accurate and timely account access
Follow all setup instructions
Respond to onboarding and support communication
Maintain an active and compliant Amazon seller account
Failure to participate or follow through on your responsibilities does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you were charged in error or have a serious concern about your service, please contact us at support@empowerfba.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will make every effort to resolve your issue in good faith. However, submitting false claims, filing chargebacks without contacting us first, or disputing valid charges may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
5. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes
We actively contest all chargebacks. Clients who initiate chargebacks after receiving services may be reported to collections, and their Amazon account setup may be terminated or revoked. Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud or abuse.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
